Treffpunkt Science City: Clean Water for All
The focus of the Autumn 2019 programme for Treffpunkt Science City is “There is no life without water”. As part of this multi-day event, Sunday 24th November 2019 will be dedicated to the theme of “Clean Water for All”.
The right to clean drinking water was recognised as a human right by the UN in 2010. Today, around 2 billion people still have no safe access to drinking water. Millions suffer from thirst and lack of hygiene. The topic and the ways we can contribute will be explored throughout the day, through various lectures and demos.
